This book was really good and, after I've been critizising that far too much lately, something new, too. Dev's one of the Forgotten, VIP at Shine, while Katya is a Psy, without a real connection to the Net. She's also been manipulated by Counsilor Ming, although she can't remember much of it except the 'Dark'. Since Katya is a victim just as much as she is - or might be - a thread, Dev's trying to help her but develops feelings for her. Just as she finds herself being attracted to him. Since she's no longer Silent - a sideeffect from being cut out from the Net by Ming (she's still connected to it, but not really), all the crap we had to go through in books one and two's not important here. I liked the story, especially the Sunshine-thing. Unfortunately Nalini hasn't written any other ForgottenxPsy/Human/Changeling-story (aside from Tally's, but she's not really a Forgotten anyway, right?) yet. I know the Forgotten've been introduced in Caressed by Ice already, but now we finally get to know them. Blaze of Memory was like a vacation. We were still in the Psy|Changeling world, but instead of good old [city like or love, but been to quite often] we were in [place where you've never been yet]. And again, read the series!
